Well, this is a Lunar Eclipse day, (10/28/2023) so anything could happen.
My heart goes out to the families and friends of the people in Maine. I have family, my friends have family. It was terrifying for everyone. We are really happy that that horrible scenario concluded last night when they found the shooter dead, which is great. The shooter had killed 18 people in Maine.
So that is the Scorpio Taurus energy of this Lunar Eclipse. It is so descriptive. This is why I study astrology. It is so literal so many times.
So, what we have with the Taurus Moon that will come in today? Well, it started this morning. It is 7:43 AM. That Taurus Moon will run through until Monday at 11:07 AM. During the Taurus Moon, we are going to have the Lunar Eclipse at 4:23 PM in the sign of Taurus today. So, it is a Fixed sign. So, these are some of the most difficult Moon signs to navigate because things are complex and not easily answered or solved. So, it is time to take care of business during this kind of Moon sign. Heavy life issues, major core processes and survival skills are high on the agenda.
Also, during these times, there are stubborn problems that are prevalent. So, if you have things that you have been trying to sort through for a long time, this may be a good time for you to unpack those issues. They can be the most serious of all Moon phases. Taurus energy, the focus is on money. Money comes through often on these days. This is a Moon of tradition and concerned with matters of the family and gatherings. Food first is a theme for Taurus. Bonding is more apparent with loved ones. So, if you have been estranged or have difficulty and gaps in your relationships. You may come together during this Lunar Eclipse, bringing people together around heavy issues. Lots of gardening or outdoor things you can get involved in would be very good expression for the Taurus Moon sign. Certainly, shopping around, carting about supplies. You also may feel lazier. With this Taurus Moon, it can be a time where there is no rushing about or high blood pressure.
The Lunar Eclipse will also be coupled with Saturn. Now Saturn is sitting perfectly still. It is not conjunct Saturn at all. It is in an aspect trine 120° (degrees) off to Saturn in Pisces. But Saturn standing still. When we had the Solar Eclipse two weeks ago, Pluto was standing still and we still have much of Pluto's energy. So, it is sort of like a double trend of Scorpio Pluto heavy stuff, since the New Moon that we had two weeks ago. Which brought up the horrific events around the world and here locally. I would say that describes what went on here.
We have the rest of today, Mars and Jupiter in an aspect. This puts the boots on the ground and helps clean up.
Also on Sunday, the Taurus Moon is still with us and you can put the focus on family. You can also find what you are looking for during a Taurus Moon.
What are you looking for? Are you looking for a way to enjoy tradition? Traditional things? Are you looking for money? Are you looking for ways to grow your business? That sort of thing. The Taurus Moon is good for that.
Mercury conjuncts Mars. It talks and argues possibly about money. That is also Sunday's energy. It is at 10:21 AM. So, you might want to check in with who is around you. Take a walk. Get aside from any type of tension.
The Moon is trine Pluto while it is in Taurus, making this a Green Light period. I would say that Green Light is particular after the exact formation of the Lunar Eclipse at 4:23 PM. Then make it Green Light through Sunday, all day Sunday, into Monday morning at 7:35 AM.
Then there is a void period during the Taurus Moon until 11:07 AM. Technically, the Moon is never void of course in the sign of Taurus, because it is in the sign of its exultation. So, it is the honored guest in there and it doesn't matter what it is doing. The Taurus Moon sign is loved.
The Sun aligns with Jupiter. that is on Monday, Monday morning. This is designed to expand with the knowledge that you have. What you have gained over the past three months, and any of your plans opening up being more bright-eyed about what it is you are doing.
The Gemini Moon comes in at 11:07 AM. That is on Monday. It will be there until Wednesday evening. But there is lots of blind spots with this Gemini Moon. It does not end well either. It has a difficult aspect to Neptune. a square. That truly defines blind spots and illusions. People are trying to sell things to vulnerable people like seniors who just cashed in their retirement fund. Somebody is trying to get them to turn it into gold and silver. They are buying it there. Oh, boy, do not go for any of these things. Check it out with regular places like banks, big banks. see whether these things are good ideas or not.
The 31st of all of October is Halloween. There is a quincunx. That starts the early morning hours. So, this is where adjustments are made. Or need to be made, ever since the Lunar Eclipse. So, calls are made to average businesses. Meetings also with neighbors and siblings may have a lot to do about how things work? Or how things are going to work? How would you like them to work?
Venus is trine Uranus on Halloween at 8:51 AM. So, if you are getting together a costume, this is a brilliant aspect for you to be the absolute best kid on the block with your costume as well. Join friends for a united front for Halloween. It is an intense time, so you do not want to take any chances. Watch out for crossing the streets in a big way, with all the Mercury and Mars energy making cars race around even faster.
Father issues are huge during this time as well. So maybe fathers want to be part of trick or treating, and not just mothers. We can have things to talk about later on in the afternoon on Tuesday.
Then Wednesday we come in with a Gemini Moon still. It leads into the square to Neptune 8:36 AM on Wednesday. That Gemini Moon then will be void of course. This means you want to put down whatever it is you are doing until there is a Moon sign change. Because things will not go well or develop. They fall apart. There are not used for what you intended. So, if you are putting money down for something, then it actually may funnel into some other place that you did not want. Maybe you cannot get it back so easily. So be really careful. The whole money theme is strong, no matter what Moon sign we are in these days, because of that Lunar Eclipse in Taurus.
We still have Pluto square to the Nodes, the Lunar Nodes. So, there is still so much of that Pluto and Scorpio energy around.
the Cancer Moon begins at 5:30 PM November 1st. This is with us until next Saturday. That is going to welcome in that change for Saturn will come upon that in a second.
For Thursday, we have Mercury and Uranus in an aspect. So, this quick thinking saves the morning chores from a mess. Also, you may notice that your pets are grouchier than usual. Your kids have something they want you to know. So, you want to take a minute and pay attention because it is important. These are important messages.
Venus and Neptune are making an aspect at 3:00 PM. But it really governs the day pretty much. This is dreamy. Things come together in a sort of unrelated way that could be mysterious or social. So, if you are planning on having lunch or having some type of gathering on November 2nd on Thursday. This would be a good day for you to get together with others.
Vesta the investor planet, or asteroid rather, makes a retrograde. So, it is standing still. That is at 9:51 PM. So, if you are planning to invest in something, Vesta is saying, hold up. Is not a good choice. Not a good decision right now.
The Cancer Moon runs into Friday. The Sun is opposite Jupiter. That would be at 1:02 AM. This is a big aspect, making a broad, broad view of things. Opening things up. Maybe politically. Well, who knows how that is going to go. But I would say keep your ear to the ground about what is turning and turning in regard to Jupiter. Also, maybe you might be making plans to travel somewhere.
Venus and Neptune are opposite on the evening of Friday. So, this is kind of interesting. If it is date night, you may want to consider something on the quiet side. Maybe not around lots of people. Because there might be too much confusion. What it is that you want or order may not be what you get. So, you may not like that at all.
The Moon's last aspect while in Cancer is opposite Pluto. So, this cuts off in a powerful and direct way.
All the Saturn and Pluto things also speak to a rise in viruses. The COVID-19 virus had a prominent sighting of Saturn and Pluto when it first developed and came upon us. So, you want to take care, protecting yourself against COVID.
Saturday, we have Saturn turning direct. That is why I am mentioning it now. This is a big deal. Saturn is at 0° of Pisces. So, if you feel like things are very heavy. But Saturn also has a sense of humor, believe it or not. So, there might be something to laugh about. There is always something to laugh about, right? Okay, so that is it for the week.
