Hi, this is Dietrech with the astrology report for the week ahead.

There is super high energy going on with Mars conjunct the Lunar Node. This acts like an extreme Mercury Retrograde, but it is not. It is just Mars, causing all sorts of breakdowns and breakups and difficulties, between people struggling to get through a crisis. Mars is a planet of aggression. There are full forced energies that can cause battles and warlike types of behavior.

Aside from crisis energy, Mars is a work planet. If you are looking for a job, or trying to make changes in your job, this is your time. This is your planet to do this. But be aware of the fact that there could be a lot to contend with in a new position. Those around you might be just a bit too aggressive.

Also, be careful with your pets. This is what happened here. The dog ran off chasing rabbits. The fear was, Oh, my God, we will never get the dog back. We will never find the dog. But it finally worked out and she was captured.

People are highly interactive and reactive. People can help point you in the right direction as did a nice man on the next street who pointed to where the dog ran under the bushes while chasing rabbits.

I want to say Happy Birthday to our friend, Mary Butler. She was part of the astrology class for years and years.

Also, I want to note that Mars will join up with the Lunar Node exactly. 4:01 AM. Well, that already happened. If you are listening on Saturday, at 4:01 AM Mars is entering into that conjunction of the Lunar Node and it is going to hover around there for the whole weekend. So, you want to be very careful driving. Stay off the road if you can. If you do not have to drive, do not do it. This also gives masculine energy, the edge with no hesitation. At social gatherings,where there may be more men than women. So, if that is an unusual division of people at a party, then maybe that is more of what you like.

Mars is in the sign of Aries and It rules Aries, so it has the edge all over the place. The Moon was born, early this morning, early Saturday morning here from 5:43 AM until 6:22am.

Then the Moon entered the sign of Libra at 6:22 AM Saturday, May 18th. It will be there until Monday evening and places Venus at center stage. Venus has a good time over the next couple of days.

 Uranus is all about excitement. So, she swept off her feet with electrifying romance. Sudden advances of those in high positions and also positions with money. Find it easy to lure Venus into a relationship or some type of dalliance. So, what you can expect is that Venus may stay a little longer than she expected because there'll be another aspect between Venus and Uranus that comes along, that may seal the deal. There is a muscular physique, which is enticing to this Venus in Taurus as well. That is from Mars at the Lunar Node. So, it is very romantic type of energy over the next several days.

The Sun is conjunct Jupiter. That is uplifting, it is expansive. This broadens your perspective and perception of special social engagements. It is perfect for a party beyond the social setting. It offers you thoughts about considering travel. Also, something new and fun to study. So, think about that. Maybe you run into somebody that you really are attracted to. Maybe you want to study that.

Venus and Uranus once again appear in another aspect. This time, it is a parallel. That one holds on for a long time. So that experience of excitement is there. But you know, excitement does not last necessarily for a lifetime. But this can help to bring people together, who do have a method or methods for having excitement that lasts longer than the average span of time.

Then the Sun leaves the sign of Taurus, the money sign, and goes into the talking sign of Gemini. That is on the 20th. That is Monday. That is 8:59 AM. It will be brought in with the Libra Moon. it has a very snappy relationship with Venus. Contrary to Jupiter, leaving the sign, Jupiter won't leave the sign of Taurus until next Saturday 5/26. So, the Sun is leaving behind the planets of Uranus and Jupiter and even Venus in the sign of Taurus. The Gemini Sun sign is talkative. It is definitely about things about your neighbors. This is when people have block parties. There are all sorts of things with siblings. Maybe if you have not seen a sibling in a long time, you make a good plan to do that.

The Libra Moon has its last aspect with Neptune. That would be at 5:28 PM on the 20th. The 20th is Monday.

Then the Moon will enter the sign of Scorpio. It will be there Monday through Thursday, Thursday, early morning. The Scorpio Moon first sees a conversation go on between the Sun and the Moon, which are 150° (degrees) apart. This could be something that you have to stop for.

It reminds me of the time taking a road trip. There was a boulder that had come down the large hill and blocked the traffic altogether. We had to sit there and wait for it to be removed. This is aspect happens at 7:23 PM. So, there could be some blocks in your plans. If you are out and about around that time, I would say keep an eye out from about 7:00 on the 20 until about 10:00 on the 20. Just see how that is going to play out.

Also, during that Scorpio Moon sign, the Moon will square Pluto. It is not happy to share what it has Moon square Pluto. It holds on to its gains and its captives as well, so to speak. The Scorpio Moon sign is deeply intense. It is serious about what it desires and stops at nothing to get it.

Mars is parallel to the Lunar Node. So here we go again with that high-energy Mars stuff. It will affirm its position and its holdings. Be mindful that Mars has an agenda and you may be part of it. Be clear and firm about what you are willing to give and what you are not willing to give. You might be invited to give up something. It could be your money. I mean, Scorpio is a money sign. So, someone could be asking you to donate or give in to something. Be clear about what you have. Do you have enough to be part of this? If not, just be firm and say, no sorry, not now.

Then on the 21st which is Tuesday there is the Venus or rather Mercury is in an aspect with Juno, which is the marriage asteroid. So, there could be some talk about marriage or bonding more closely with that aspect on Tuesday, Wednesday.

The 22nd that Scorpio Moon is still with us. It is still intense. It does not let go. It gives that sense of that these things are destined and meant to be.

The Moon is quincunx Mars, which is an aspect under Scorpio Moon, which can be again, aggressive and assertive. Considering that Mars is still hovering around that Lunar Node. This is Wednesday.

Then we have on Wednesday, Wednesday at 10:44 AM, Venus and Jupiter. There in an aspect that lasts right through Thursday. Thursday, Venus and Jupiter join up again. So, this is like the party or something like that. Or maybe there is a trip. Or some kind of happy engagement. You might find the approval and the money that you are looking for when the Sun and Pluto are trine. This is on May 22nd, Wednesday. It is 11:13 AM. But it has an influence or broader influence than just that moment. It is there for the day. So, if you are going to plan to ask someone for money, make it make it that day. That is a good Moon sign with the Scorpio Moon, because the last aspect of the Moon will call the shots.

That is a lovely trine to Neptune, which makes everything sort of, happy, blah, blah. And oh, yeah, we can work that out. That does not happen until early morning, on Thursday. So, it gives a little period going from Wednesday, over all through Wednesday night into Thursday, with that agreement that you could get for what it is you are asking for.

Then the Moon enters the sign of Sagittarius at 4:33 AM. That is on the 23rd, which is Thursday. That is the Full Moon day. The Full Moon comes in at 9:52 AM. It is at 2° of Sagittarius. So, this is where you are going to open your eyes and see everything that needs to be shown at this time. Even if you are not interested, it seems as though it is right there, expanding our awareness of things that are in the news. And things that are around us. People's behaviors and also people's holdings and findings. Everything that has to do with showing you something. Showing you things that are bigger than the average day of seeing things.

Venus will be at the very last moments of Taurus, as it then walks into the sign of Gemini on the 23rd. That would be at 4:30 PM. Venus leaves behind Uranus and Jupiter when it goes into Gemini. This is also in a better position for Venus to deal with the demands of Mars. She is likely to be quick-thinking and answer things that express her desires. But you know what Venus likes to do more than anything is shop, shop, and shop. She wants more and more. That is what makes her most happy. While in the sign of Gemini, she wants two or more or whatever catches her eye. So that could be men too.

There is also during the Sagittarius Moon sign coming into Friday, we have pretty much a low-key. There is a bit of a low mood at 2:29 on Friday, when the Moon is square Saturn. So, the energy should be lifted. Not too long after that when the Moon is trine. Mars.

That Moon square Saturn is a heavy, heavy one. You might not even have a whole lot of an appetite for lunch on Friday, midday there. But leaving that Moon square Saturn behind it does lighten up when a trine to Mars comes in at 2:36 PM.

Then we have for the rest of the afternoon and evening. It looks as if there is some very nice healing energy as the Moon is trine Chiron. That is, it for the week.
