During the Taurus Moon MERCURY AT 18º SCORPIO TURNS RETROGRADE at 6:29 AM MONDAY Oct 21 2013 through November 10, 2013. It will return to 1º Scorpio and begin traveling in direct motion once again. Whichever way there is a theme to be played out with 18º Scorpio and 18º Aquarius. These degrees relate strongly to matters or birthdays of November 10 & February 6 (give or take a day). Also the birthdays close to May 9-10 and around Aug 10 can be drawn into the drama.
Mercury acts as the messenger which in this case speaks to stubborn matters embedded into our lives which are difficult to dislodge. On a positive note there may be important introductions and important documents associated with the surrounding developments. These matters could be older or those recharged by current interests. The dates related to now reach right out to Feb 6 when Mercury will turn retrograde again and stimulate the events that were evident this week in October 2013.

During Mercury Retrograde periods are not great for initiating a project of great importance however life must go on and these three week periods when Mercury is retrograde have many fine days to take care of pending matters. Often times you must make a move or lose out. Some things are best dropped altogether. But these could be things that have reached their expiration date. What the retrograde period is great for is all things second time around. More than likely you cannot rush a process that is running its course through a system of red-tape. Instead take solace in the fact that things will work out for the better after Mercury turns direct.
