Astrology Report by Dietrech Pessin with Green Light Days Oct 26 - Nov 1, 2019

Good morning. The weekend starts with a Libra Moon that actually
began on Friday at 4:20 in the afternoon. And the final aspect is good
on Sunday, which governs the whole Moon sign. Indicating that
everything should work out all right. However, there are a couple
of…there is always a however, right? There is a couple of really
intense and difficult aspects. One being the aspect between the Sun
and Uranus and then the kicker or the leg breaker is the Mars square
Saturn that takes place on Sunday morning at 10:30, 10:31 AM. This may
have something to do with you stopping what you are doing. Having a
kind of a quirky time from the Sun Uranus energy to having that block.
The thing that says, “No. Stop. Halt. Let’s not have not have any
objections here.” And what is coming up beyond that is the next day,
Monday, the Sun is opposite Uranus. So there is a Sun Uranus aspect
7:00 PM Saturday night. This one is a coming together for a short
period of time of people who are most interested in doing what is
right or bringing some truth to the surface. And then later this
carries on. It hangs on and is there. It is a sudden abrupt change
kind of very wacky energy that really comes in, in a big way by 4:15
AM on Monday morning. Leaving Sunday night to be kind of a brutal
period in regard to things being way out of order.

The New Moon is also Sunday night 11:38 PM at 4 degrees of
Scorpio. So having the New Moon opposite Uranus is the seed stage for
something that is being planted. That is a radical shift that could
have something to do with a revolution or a change in direction in a
big way and a response to the blocks and the restrictions that are
laid down from the Mars square Saturn the day before. That is a lot of
strike energy too. Companies striking and Main stream things that are
where strikes are being applied in various school districts around the
country and things like that.

So the Libra Moon is really peppered with a lot of very heavy serious
difficult energy. Things like the ball games on Sunday would be at
great risk of someone breaking a leg or someone having a bad
concussion.

Mars is in the sign of Libra lined up with the Saturn that belongs to
the United States. And Saturn is in the sign of Capricorn squaring the
Saturn of the United States. So this really is an evaluation period
that may end up going, turning something in a direction of which there
is a nervousness a backlash. There is a lot of things that could spark
a riot. This looks as if it is a set up. So you want to be safe and
sound over the weekend.

Taking in all of Saturday during that Libra Moon. It is…Saturday is
probably the nicest of the three. However, whereas we have those heavy
aspects coming in, the Mars square Saturn on Sunday 10:30 in the
morning. We are under the canopy of those things. The Sun Uranus
aspects that don’t finish up until after 4:00 something in the morning
on Monday. So if you have to plan, you have to leave all ends open.
You have to leave room for all sorts of changes, sudden abrupt change,
and any kind of flip flop of feelings or relationships could really be
teeter tottering on a very short plank. It is a difficult, a very
difficult time.

The Scorpio Moon…so let’s look at the Libra Moon sign on Sunday. Is
void of course from 1:57 PM until 4:29 PM. And then the Moon will
enter the sign of Scorpio for a couple of days. Scorpio is where the
New Moon takes place at 1:38 PM and that is on Sunday. Then that is at
4 degrees of Scorpio. It is wacky. It is crazy. What you can do with
it personally. I don’t know. Do something that is unique and
unusual. Try to stay safe. Try to dig into something deeply that you
probably didn’t have the courage for before but maybe you do now. So
do something unique and interesting for that New Moon energy. It is
not a day for making a decision. There is too much dark of the Moon
going on, which means you need to wait for more light. More light on
the subject.

Mercury and Pluto are parallel. That is at 4:30 in the morning on
Monday. So you are kind of waking up with those thoughts of “How can I
turn this around and make this different? And how can I use this
energy to benefit my situation?” Find out something about someone or
something so that you can further your goals being better informed
even though we are still in the dark of the Moon until pretty much
Tuesday.

Monday

The energy lightens up and we turn into a real strong Green Light
period. I would say that probably starts on Monday. I would think
maybe around 5:30 in the night. Monday throughout the night.

There is a Mars quincunx Neptune. There is a hole in the bucket with
that one 1:56 PM on Monday night. That one is also loose lips sink
ships kind of aspect as well. So lots of rain and wet weather could be
pouring water in through the roof. Neptune rules the roof.

The energy overnight through Tuesday you get a Green Light up until 1:34
PM on Tuesday.

The Moon is conjunct Mercury who is about to go retrograde.
So it is standing still collecting all kinds of information, data. It
is void of course at that point from 1:34 PM Tuesday until 5:58 PM
also Tuesday when the Moon enters the Sagittarius sign. You may be
optimistic during the Sagittarius Moon about something very difficult
or a difficult situation. But the legal process is tedious and it can
cause a major change in your life. Refranation from Mercury turning
retrograde that is the name of the process that is going on there.
Which means don’t make any decisions. Mercury is going to change
direction, go retrograde. So everything that you thought would go
right or that you are hoping that will push through isn’t actually
happening yet. And it is a good thing. Wait until after November 20th
and you will have better luck.

So during that refranation period when Mercury is standing still and
it is going to go retrograde. Now the retrograde Mercury happens
exactly on Thursday at 11:42 AM. So these are the things leading up to
it. Tuesday in the evening we don’t have much for the Sagittarius Moon
which is optimistic, looking forward, looking to learn things and have
a greater understanding of things. Try to expand your awareness during
that time.

Wednesday

And then the Mercury Pluto have an aspect at 9:58 AM. That is on
Wednesday morning. This is an aspect that gets into something deep,
pretty deep for this Mercury retrograde. And Scorpio is 27 degrees of
Scorpio. So this delving into the deep on Wednesday is trying to
investigate something and uncover something. Do a forensic search for
something.

Mercury is conjunct Venus Wednesday 6:04 PM. We don’t get many
Mercury conjunct Venus aspects in general. I love them. They are very
good for making nice for a very difficult situation. This would be
sticky and muddy Mercury in Scorpio like that going retrograde at the
same points. So it is thick. it is heavy. It is intense. It possibly
sexually or romantic. It is possible because of the Venus quality to
it.

And then continuing on for Wednesday there are no major things going
on. The Moon is square Neptune 9:48 PM. That may have your head in the
fog. You may be confused about something. It is like “Well, they said
this and they meant that. And now what? Now I am confused.” So you
wait until the next day to have a higher understanding about what is
going on. But then Mercury turns retrograde 11:41 AM on Thursday. And
when it does this it does have Venus on its side for now, but not for
long. This may be a good time to move forward on an old matter
involving money with or about siblings. And it also about travel or
education. You might be returning to a place once visited. If it
pertains to education there may be additional requirements that make
it more stringent or testing period’s greater struggle. The heavy foot
of Saturn and Pluto governing nature of this trying to be free
spirited Sagittarius energy. So it is a double message here. One that
says, “Oh go ahead.” And the other one that says, “Proceed at your own
risk.” The law may greet you when you arrive. Uh-oh.

Thursday

So during that Sagittarius Moon there is on Thursday afternoon and
evening there is a Green Light period there. But you have to take it
cautiously because it involves both Pluto and Saturn. And that is
right from... let’s see where that starts. That would be from 11:41 AM
until 8:25 PM on the day that Mercury is making its retrograde
station. So you want to be very careful about how you want to handle
that. This is a redo, renew, review, retrograde Mercury about things
that are very deep and very heavy, psychological. You also may see
things your finances differently after the Moon enters Capricorn 10:38
PM on Thursday night. And then we have Friday’s Capricorn Moon there
is something to explore and negotiate as the day moves into the later
afternoon.

Venus the planet of love and money is off and running in Sagittarius
for her own gain. Too bad she will soon be reeled in by Saturn with a
caution not to run off with all the vacation plans without paying for
the bills first. After all, Venus has left Mercury behind to hold a
very heavy bag of…well not very nice smelling stuff. So we are going
to see how Venus is looking at things in her own way after 4:34 PM
when Venus enters the sign of Sagittarius.

Friday

There is a Mars and Neptune aspect also on Friday. This aspect also
has to do with having a drive or a direction that may be off in a
suspicious direction. So watch what the right hand is doing when the
left hand is doing something else. It is a very difficult thing to
keep track of.

After Venus changes signs at 4:25 PM there is a Green Light in the
sign of Capricorn. That runs right through next weekend. That Green
Light would end at 1:46 AM Sunday November 3rd. So that is it for the
