The Mono is in Cancer and Neptune at the end of the sign is calling the shots. The Moon is in Leo on Wednesday.  Mercury continues to scout with an aspect to Chiron, the wounded healer.  11:25 AM Jupiter is contra parallel Saturn.  There is a temporary solution to a major problem.  Access and communication is gained through social media as Jupiter and Saturn combination govern inter-social activities.  The release of tied structures or the expansion of government and its laws.  With Neptune at the final degree this may be met with much sacrifice.  This aspect was also present last year during the explosion of the oil rig.  Today’s Jupiter contra parallel Saturn has a longer effect of a temporary nature.  Kind of like a patch to fix a foundation when the building must come down. View this period as a window into a global picture; a sign of the times.  This aspect began its influence March 10th and continues through March 24th.  It is exact at 11:25 AM and can be considered positive for some issues. At least matters are being addressed.   You may find those in a position of authority hashing out matters while seeking a fair outcome.  This aspect may have a major influence over the union disputes for state workers and sports organizations.
