Astrology Report by Dietrech Pessin with Green Light Days for April 30 - May 6

Saturday, April 23, 2016 – Saturday, April 30, 2016
The following is transcribed from the live radio show at WZBC 90.3FM at 9:30 AM.

Good morning. Well, we have a lot of nice Taurus energy. The Sun is setting off some beautiful aspects this week. The Taurus Sun is going to be in a lovely 60 degree aspect with Neptune tomorrow morning, which adds to our imagination and our compassion. Also the ability to use your intuition for whatever it is that you want to do.
We do have an Aquarius Moon still today. And it was at a very important Last Quarter Moon yesterday. It reached back all the way to January 2014 and then set off a story line that picked up in October of 2014. That Quarter Moon is just filled with so many things that may have been brought out around July 31st of 2015. Then here we are still seeing the effects of that Last Quarter Moon even today. It occurred yesterday. But take yourself through some sort of scenario through those dates or those times where maybe by now you might see things differently. You have an opportunity to understand the bigger picture. Take yourself out of the scenario and look at it from an objective perspective, which is the value of the Aquarius Moon. You may become aware of something, which allows you to enjoy those who are in your life for who they are. It should add to some pleasant events even through this Saturday evening.
That brings to mind that there is also another Sun-Moon event this week. It is going to be a New Moon…Friday, May 6th at 3:26 PM. It occurs at 17 degrees of Taurus. There is a Dark Moon period you may want to be aware of when you don’t want to make any decisions or take any action before the Moon is New and that begins around Sundown on Thursday night and continues right through until midday on May 7th. You want to be careful of not signing things or doing things that you may be in the dark about.
There are Green Light days this week. Today is one of them until 3:26 AM on Sunday. The Moon then is void of course up until 10:33 AM on Sunday.
Sunday there is a Pisces Moon. It too has a Green Light period. But I am going to wait until after the Moon is square Saturn on Monday for the Pisces Green Light period. That runs right through until Tuesday around 1:04 PM. That allows for the Pisces Moon to use your intuition. That is 1:07 AM, by the way, on Tuesday where we have a Pisces Moon in a good position for us to help us with us goals. Then there is this lovely Sun trine Jupiter that occurs during the late degrees of the Pisces Moon and that adds to the benefit of this Pisces Moon. The Sun Jupiter trine, 3:58 AM Tuesday also signals something coming up very important; it is a nice event on May 9th when Jupiter turns direct after traveling retrograde since January 7. We may be thinking in a new way after having contemplated our life over the past 4 months. This could be a time when you expand your interest and also allows you to organize your life in a way that suits you in a better light in this up and coming couple of weeks.

Sunday May 1, 2016 the Moon is in Aquarius until 10:33 AM. During the early hours the Moon is void of course from 3:26 AM until it enters Pisces. The Sun is in a lovely 60º sextile to Neptune at 8:00 AM An opportunity for dreamy and inspirational ideas throughout the day. In the news there may be matters that concern oil and or the ocean. It is a day of receptivity. An openness to people, places and things from around the world. It is a day to show your creative projects. Actors, artists and musician are called into action with this aspect. Those who act or read from a script. Visits to jails, hospitals and museums. Romantic, dreamy and imaginative. Boundaries may be loosened while exchanging ideas and network support. Information gathered is vague or idealistic having a quality of fantasy. Intuition runs high on this day. Talk of how confusion around an issue has brought inspiration or divine intervention to the forefront.
For personal use: Show your creative projects. Begin something enriching as with music, a yoga study, an art appreciation class, or a self-discovery process possibly with a social worker or intuitive counselor.
For business matters: Use your intuition for sensitive selections that best represent what your business is about. Lead with the information from your solar plexus.

Monday May 2, 2016. The Moon is in Pisces and not until the Moon square Saturn has passed at 12:38 PM is it good to advance. Use your intuition to gather your best possible information.
The Pisces Moon can be a time of divine inspiration and composition. It is normally a sympathetic and empathetic time. This is a great time to recharge your batteries with some well needed down time. People who are too sensitive to bare the chaos of common surroundings often seek an escape with alcohol or mind-altering substances.
You may feel compelled toward activities that support what feels like a mission or become a vehicle for divine intervention. This moon period can hold both gentle and forceful energy. Neptune the god of the sea, rules Pisces can be divinely spiritual or filled with upheaval when enraged. Hurricanes after all are born at sea. Tidal waves, tsunami and monsoons are all ruled by Neptune as are any major rain or snow storm. This can be a sensitive and romantic couple of days. There may be a presence of strong feelings of faith combined with a need to make a spiritual connection. It is normally a sympathetic and empathetic period; people can be overly sensitive and feel victimized. At times when feeling overly frustrated and misunderstood, striking out at others turns the victim into the victimizer as with the wounded puppy syndrome. There may be a strong focus on cosmetic and superficial appearances. Some may experience a Pisces Moon as a "black cloud" or fear that something unfortunate will occur as with 'Murphy's Law". There is a strong spiritual hunger during this time. Emotions range from melancholy to sentimental. This is a very good time for meditation, yoga and prayer and connecting to the universal divine protector. On a mundane level, there may be all sorts of sneaky behavior behind the scenes and misrepresentations. You may become aware of secrets. Clandestine affairs love a Pisces Moon. Elect to work behind the scenes for tasks requiring solitude. Intuition runs high; so trust your gut feelings. Music can be used as a tool to alter moods. Practice meditation, yoga and prayer. Create something poetic and be open to receive inspiration. Help someone -- service and sacrifice is Pisces' middle name and it helps with any tendency toward self pity. Be aware of the lack of boundaries. The weather may be wet or misty. This is a fertile time and productive time in the garden. Planting and cultivating. If a Moon phases occurs while the Moon is in Pisces, people take action on the secrets revealed. The rule of thumb with a Pisces Moon is that you will land in a different place than you expected if you choose this time to initiate your objectives. If you are a Pisces, matters generally tend to go your way.

Tuesday May 3, 2016 – The Moon is in Pisces until 1:04 PM when it enters Aries through to Thursday at 1:10 PM. There is a lovely Sun Jupiter trine at 3:57 AM really has an influence over Monday night and Tuesday. You’ll want to take advantage of something particularly wonderful. Maybe something that your imagination or your intuition tells you. That would bring about some positive results.
During Tuesday’s Aries Moon there are no obvious problems that are pending with the planets in particular. However I hold my thoughts as Tuesday’s are the most active days of the week.

Then the Aries Moon on Tuesday has the quality of getting things going. The retrograde Mars rules Tuesday. It Mars always rules Tuesdays. Then it is also the ruler of the Aries Moon so there is a lot of high energy on Tuesday afternoon for getting things going. With all of these Mars retrograde and Mercury retrograde energies we want to be careful of fires and also anger. You want to process things in a way that is healthy. Think of the color green to put the fires out. You want to also be mindful of how other people feel as well.
Mercury has been retrograde now since April 28 and it will continue to be so until May 22nd. That is a really high powered day in it by itself because there is a Full Moon on the 21st, so it has a large impact. So this Mercury retrograde period is lots of fun. (Laughter). You may with all the Taurus focus, the Mercury retrograde occurred in Taurus, this may allow you to get some gardening done bring families together. Use your powers of persuasion to do things with others. Then also it has to do with bringing things out of the past maybe people out of the past. Very nice energies for that in general.

Wednesday May 4, 2016 – The Moon is in Aries
Wednesday there is an aspect between Uranus and Neptune. This one shatters the glass; it could be shatters the glass ceiling. I use the shattering of glass metaphor because it represents the illusion which the glass holds. The illusion is that you can pass right through. Any bird will go right for a window thinking it is an open space. It has happened to me with my birds. Only to...even a mirror will attract a bird to attempt a passage. So mirrors and glass have to do with a concept of Neptune’s illusion and Uranus is shattering that illusion. What it can bring also is an awakening and an enlightening. This is particularly strong on Wednesday. It is exact at 4:13 PM. But that doesn’t matter. It is affecting us all through probably even Tuesday night, Wednesday, and Thursday during that Aries Moon. It is likely to be very exciting to watch these things emerge.

Thursday May 5, 2016
Then on Thursday we have that Aries Moon which will be joined with Uranus at 12:16 AM so if you go to bed early Wednesday night you may wake up just soon thereafter or perhaps have a revelation that causes you to fly out of bed and make a note or do something you find important.
There are a couple of aspects. There is an aspect between the Sun and Saturn. It is a quincunx and then that aspect is also apparent between Venus and Mars. So this may bring about some dynamic in relationships where people are moving forward for the purpose of looking for work, getting some work, cooperating with others to get some work. Venus and Mars together make a contact that is about the love of your work. There is a lot of momentum on that day but some things come out of the blue the way things happen with a quincunx 150 degree aspect I call it life’s messy clean it up. It can be between people who are in charge or the staff. Maybe political staff are going through their changes and that could become apparent. Then there may be work to be found throughout Thursday. Then we come into that Taurus Moon sign at 1:10 PM.

There is a void of course Moon for the Aries Moon at 10:43 AM on Thursday morning until 1:10 PM on Thursday. Then we have a Taurus Moon sign. That Taurus Moon is in a 150 degree aspect to Mars late night on Thursday. You may find that you have a lot of energy, hard to settle down.

Friday May 6, 2016. The Moon is in Taurus.
The Moon Family for the New Moon at 16º 41’ Taurus shows its First Quarter Moon on February 4, 2017 at 15º 32’ Taurus. The Full Moon associated with this Moon Family occurs on November 4, 2017. The Last Quarter is on August 4, 2018 at 12º 19Taurus. Matters which are seeded at the New Moon May 6, 2016 have a scenario that connected by these succeeding family members. The Friday’s Taurus Moon has the New Moon coming at 3:29 PM. This Taurus Moon has to do with tradition, making things solid, making you feel like you are anchored in your environment with the help of a trine to Jupiter and a sextile to Pluto. This could bring about a lot of things that you have been trying to pull together.
The Moon’s final aspect in Taurus to a planet is at 10:10 PM. However, it is not void of course, as the Taurus Moon does not have a void of course Moon period. That would run, the Taurus Moon, runs until 12:34 PM Saturday May 7.
There is a Green Light period if you just don’t try to initiate things just allow things to come to you on Friday, all day Friday from 1:12 AM light through until 10:10 PM or even beyond.
